Issue:
If a man says ‘You are unlawful to me’ with the intention of an oath then the oath is valid and if the intention is to liken her to one’s mother or sister then a permanent divorce is applicable. If not then it is a reconcilable divorce and if the intention is for three divorces then three divorces are applicable. If the wife says ‘I am unlawful for you’ then this is an oath and if the husband forces intercourse with his wife or she allows him to have intercourse with her then she must pay a penalty.

Issue:
If a husband says ‘You are my mother’ to his wife and the intention is to make her unlawful then she does not become unlawful but it is considered a lie.
