Translation of the Holy Quran without Wuzu is Readable without Touching.

और यदि हम तुम्हारे ऊपर काग़ज़ में लिखी-लिखाई किताब भी उतार देते और उसे लोग अपने हाथों से छू भी लेते तब भी, जिन्होंने इनकार किया है, वे यही कहते, "यह तो बस एक खुला जादू हैं।"
Al-'An`am: 007
And even if We had sent down to you, [O Muhammad], a written scripture on a page and they touched it with their hands, the disbelievers would say, "This is not but obvious magic."
