Invocation for safeguarding Īmān (Islamic faith)

Bismillahi Alaa Deeni, Bismilllahi Alaa Nafsi, Wawuldi Wa Ahlee Wamaa Lee.

By reading above invocation 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the evening, your religion and Īmān, life, wealth, and children will all remain protected. (From the middle of the night to the glimmering of the first ray of the sun is called morning, and from the beginning time of Ẓuĥr until sunset is called evening.) 

Note: 28 examples of Kufr have been mentioned briefly in this booklet. To gain further knowledge about countless words of Kufr, study the 692 page book published by Maktaba-tul-Madīnaĥ, entitled ‘Kufriyaĥ Kalimāt kay Bāray mayn Suwāl Jawāb’.

बिस्मिल्लाही अला दीनी, बिस्मिल्लाही अला नफ़सी, ववलदी व अहली वामा ली.

ऊपर लिखा हुआ वज़ीफ़ा को सुबह शाम ३ मर्तबा पढ़ने से, आपका दीं और ईमान, ज़िन्दगी, माल, ऑवलाद की हिफाज़त होंगी. (आधी रात से लेकर सूरज की पहली किरण तक को सुबह कहा जाता है और ज़ुहर के शुरू होने से लेकर सूरज ग़ुरूब होने तक को शाम कहा जाता है.)

Hot water will be poured over the head. The pus oozing from the bodies of the people of the hellfire will be made to drink. Thorny cactuses will be given to them to eat, which will be such that if one drop (from it) comes into this world then from its burning and foul smell, the means of living of all of the people of the world would be destroyed. It will get stuck in the throat. They will ask for water to help swallow it but they will only be given boiling water similar to the precipitate of an oil, which, when brought close to the mouth, the skin of the face will melt and fall into it, and will cause the intestines to disintegrate as soon as it reaches the stomach, and these will then excrete towards the feet like soup.

सरो पर गर्म खोलता हुआ पानी डाला जाएंगे. जहन्नुम के लोगो के जिस्म से निकला हुआ पस पिलाया जाएंगे. कांटेदार कैक्टस खाने को दिए जाएंगे, जो इस कदर होंगे की अगर उसमे से एक कटरा अगर इस दुनिया में आ जाए तो उसकी जल्दी हुए बदबू से दुनिया में रहने वाले मख्लूख की जिंदगी गुजरने के साधन ख़तम हो जाए. वह गले में अटका हुआ रहेंगे. लोग उसे निगलने के लिए पानी मांगेगे मगर उन्हें सिर्फ खोलता हुआ गरम पानी दिया जाएंगे जो तेल के बराबर होंगे, जो, मुँह के पास लाने से, चेहरे की चमड़ी पिघल जाएंगी और उसमे गिरेंगी, और फिर अंतड़ीओ को टुकड़े टुकड़े कर देंगी और जैसे ही पेट तक पोहचेगी, ये सीधा पैर तक उतरेगिओ जैसे एक सूप.

By Allah Azzwajal No one can bear the punishment of the hellfire. The angels will beat those who die a death of Kufr with such heavy iron hammers that if one such hammer was to be placed on the earth, all humans and all jinns would not be able to lift it up jointly. There will be scorpions equal to the size of the neck of a Bukhtī camel (a type of camel which is larger than all other camels) and Allah Azzwajal knows how big the snakes will be, which if bite someone, the irritation, the pain, and the discomfort caused by that bite will last for 40 years.

अल्लाह अज़्ज़वजल की कसम. जहन्नुम की आग और सजा को कोई बर्दाश्त नहीं कर सकता. फ़रिश्ते भारी लोहे के हथोड़े से उन्हें मारेंगे जो कुफ्र पे मरा, ऐसा हथोड़ा की उनमे से अगर एक हथोड़े को ज़मीन पर रख दिया जाए तो सारे इंसानो और जीन मिलकर भी उसे नहीं उठा सकते. वह बिच्छू होंगे जो बुखति ऊंट (ऊंट की वो ज़ात जो दूसरे अन्टू से बड़ी होती है) के जितने बड़े होंगे और अल्लाह अज़्ज़वजल ही जानता है की सांप कितने लम्बे होंगे, जप अगर किसी को काट ले, तो वो जलन, दर्द और बेचैनी 40 साल तक रहेंगी

Glimpses into the torments of hellfire 

Someone who has committed Kufr Should immediately repent, instead of getting caught up in arguments. whoever dies on Kufr will remain in the hellfire forever and ever, even if he has apparently been a pious worshipper, one who offers  Ṣalāĥ of Taĥajjud, and is a devout individual in the world.

Post 038

Then the woman is notified, or the groom himself informs her and she accepts; now the Nikah has taken place. The man can also carry out Ījāb. Nikah Fuḍūlī is permissible in Ḥanafī doctrine but it is Khilāf-ul-Awlā (not preferable), and according to the Shāfi’īs, Mālikīs and Ḥanbalīs doctrines it is invalid.

Method of Nikah Fuḍūlī

This is when someone carries out Ījāb with the man on behalf of the woman in the presence of the witnesses mentioned earlier, even if she herself is not even aware, by saying, for example, “I am performing the Nikah of ‘so-and-so’ daughter of ‘so-and-so’ son of ‘so-and-so’ with you in exchange of the dowry (as debt) of 786 INR,” and then the man says, ‘I have accepted’; the Nikah Fuḍūlī has now taken place.

यह तब होता है जब कोई उस औरत के वास्ते गवाहों की मौजूदगी में उस मर्द से इजाब करता है, भले ही वो औरत उस बात से बेखबर हो, कहने से, मिसाल के तौर पे, "मैं फला की बेटी और फला के बेटे का फला निकाह पढता हु बदले में ७८६ रूपये मैहर के." और फिर वो मर्द को कहना होगा, "मैंने कबूल किया", इस तरह निकाह फुदुली हो गया.

Madanī pearl 

In those cases in which Nikah gets invalid, for example due to uttering ‘Ṣarīḥ’ (i.e. categorical) Kufr and therefore becoming an apostate, then the dowry is Wājib in Tajdīd-un-Nikah. However, it is not required in precautionary Tajdīd-un-Nikah. 

Caution 

If someone did Nikah after becoming an apostate, but before repenting and performing Tajdīd-ul-Īmān, then that Nikah is invalid.

It is also permissible for the woman to recite the Khuṭbaĥ or Sūraĥ Al-Fātiḥaĥ and then carry out ‘Ījāb’, to which the man would reply, ‘I have accepted,’ and the Nikah would establish. After the Nikah, if the woman wants to, she can waive the dowry, but the man should not ask the woman for same without a Shar’ī need.

For example, you have made the intention of paying 786 INR as debt of dowry (however, when setting the amount of dowry one must ensure that the value of the above-mentioned amount of silver is not greater than 786 INR) then, in presence of the witnesses as mentioned above, you will carry out ‘Ījāb’, i.e. you will say to the woman, ‘I performed Nikah with you in exchange of the dowry of 786 INR.’ The woman should then say, ‘I have accepted,’ Nikah has established. (It is not necessary for Ījāb and Qabūl to be carried out 3 times, but if this is done thrice it is even better.)

मिसाल के तौर पे, आपने ये सोचा है की 786 रूपये महर देंगे (हालाँकि, जब महर की रकम दी जाए तो इस बात का ख्याल रखना चाहिए की तय की हुई चांदी महर की रकम से ज्यादा नहीं होनी चाहिए) फिर, गवाह की मौजूदगी में, इजाब किया जाएंगे, मतलब उस औरत से कहा जाएंगे की 'में 786 रूपये के बदले तुमसे निकाह करता हु.' फिर उस औरत को ये कहना चाहिए की, 'मैंने क़ुबूल किया.' फिर निकाह हो जाता है. (इजाब और क़ुबूल का 3 मर्तबा होना ज़रूरी नहीं, पर इस 3 मर्तबा करना बेहतर है.)

If someone does not remember this sermon then Sūraĥ Al-Fātiḥaĥ should be recited after reciting “Aauzo Billahi Minas Shaitan Nir Rajim, Bismillah Hir Rahman Nir Rahim.”

It is Wājib (necessary) to give at least 10 dirhams, i.e. 2 Tolaĥ and 7½ Māshaĥ of silver (equivalent to 30.618g of silver), or a sum of money equivalent to this as dowry.

Method of Tajdid Un Nikah

The meaning of ‘Tajdīd-un-Nikah’ is ‘to perform a new Nikah (marriage) with a new Maĥr (monetary dowry)’.

It is not necessary to gather people together for this. Nikah is the name of Ījāb (offer) and Qabūl (acceptance) in a contract of marriage. At the time of the Nikah, at least 2 Muslim men or 1 Muslim man and 2 Muslim women must be present as witnesses. The sermon (Khuṭbaĥ) of Nikah is not compulsory for the marriage; rather it is Mustaḥab (recommended).

तजदीद-उन-निकाह का तरीक़ा.

तजदीद-उन-निकाह का मतलब 'एक नए माकूल (मौद्रिक दहेज) के साथ एक नया निकाह (शादी) करना है'।

इसके लिए लोगों को इकट्ठा करना जरूरी नहीं है। निकाह का मतलब है इजाब (प्रस्ताव) और क़बूल (स्वीकृति) का नाम है। निकाह के वक़्त, कम से कम 2 मुस्लिम मर्द या 1 मुस्लिम मर्द और 2 मुस्लिम औरते गवाह के रूप में हाज़िर होने चाहिए। निकाह की खुबबा शादी के लिए अनिवार्य नहीं है; बल्कि यह मुस्तहब (अनुशंसित) है।

If someone has uttered several words of Kufr and he doesn’t remember what things he has said,he should say the following, ‘O Allah! Whichever words of Kufr I have uttered, I repent from them all,’and then recite the Kalimaĥ. (In the case of knowing the translation of the Kalimaĥ, there is no need to mentionthe translation by tongue.)If someone doesn’t know whether what he has uttered was Kufr or not, but he still wants to repent as a cautionthen he should say the following, ‘O Allah! If Ihave ever committed any Kufr, then I repent of it.’ After saying this, he should recite Kalimaĥ. (Everyday, in factfrom time to time, everyone should keep repenting as acaution.)

अगर किसी ने कुफ्र के कई अलफ़ाज़ कहे हैं और उसे याद नहीं है कि उसने क्या कहा है, तो उसको यह कहकर तौबा करना चाहिए, 'या अल्लाह! कुफ्र के जो भी अलफ़ाज़ मैंने कहे हैं, मैं उन सभी से तौबा करता हूं, और फिर कलमा पढ़ता हूं। (कलमा के तर्जुमा को जानने के मामले में, ज़बान से तर्जुमा का बोलना ज़रूरी नहीं है।) अगर कोई नहीं जानता है कि उसने जो कहा है वह कुफ्र था या नहीं, लेकिन वह अभी भी सावधानी के तौर पर तौबा करना चाहता है तो उसे ऐसा कहना चाहिए, 'या अल्लाह! अगर कभी मैंने कोई कुफ़्र किया है, तो मैं इससे तौबा करता हूं। 'यह कहने के बाद, उसे कलमा पढ़ना चाहिए। (हकीकत में हर रोज़, वक़्त-वक़्त पर, हर किसी को तौबा करना चाहिए।)

After repenting, recite: “Laa Ilaaha Illallah, Muhammaddur Rasool’Allah”

“There is none worthy of Worship except Allah, and Mohammed is the Prophet of Allah.”

In this way, not only the repentance from that particular Kufr will be done but Tajdīd-ul-Īmān (i.e. the act ofbecoming a Muslim again) will also be done.

तौबा करने के बाद, यह पढ़े: "ला इलाहा इल्लल्लाह, मुहम्मददुर रसूलअल्लाह" (सल्लल्लाहो अलैहे वसल्लम)

"अल्लाह के शिव कोई माबूद नहीं है, और मोहम्मद (सल्लल्लाहो अलैहे वसल्लम) अल्लाह के पैगंबर है।"

इस तरह, उस कुफ़्र से सिर्फ तौबा ही नहीं किया जाएगा, लेकिन तजदीद-उल-ईमान (यानी फिर से मुस्लिम बनने का काम) भी किया जाएगा।

Method of Tajdīd-ul-Īmān (i.e. becoming Muslim again) 

Repentance from Kufr will only be acceptable whenthe individual considers that Kufr to be Kufr, and feelshatred and displeasure for that Kufr in his heart. TheKufr that was committed should also be mentioned in repentance.

For example, if someone wrote on a visaform that he is a Christian, he should say the following, ‘O Allah! I repent of the Kufr of declaring myself asa Christian on the visa form.’

तजदीद-उल-ईमान का तरीक़ा (फिरसे मुस्लिम बनना)

कुफ्र का तौबा तब ही क़ुबूल किया जाएंगे जब वो शख्स कुफ्र को कुफ्र मानेगा, और उसके दिल में उस कुफ्र के लिए परेशान और नाराजगी होगी। जो कुफ्र किया हो उसको अपनी तौबा में शामिल किया जाना चाहिए।

मिसाल की तौर पे, अगर किसी ने अपने वीसा फॉर्म पे लिख दिया की वो ईसाई है, तो उसे ऐसी तौबा करनी चाहिए, 'या अल्लाह, मैं तौबा करता हु की मैंने अपने आप को वीसा फॉर्म पर ईसाई बताकर कुफ्र किया.'

Upon the death of some person, it is commonly said, ‘I wonder what Allah needed him for that He called him so soon,’ or people say, ‘Allah also needs pious people, therefore He makes them die early.’ (Upon hearing this, people usually show approval, or they nod their head in agreement despite understanding the meaning of these phrases; the ruling of Kufr applies to them all.)

Someone’s son died and he said, ‘Allah must have needed him.’ This statement is Kufr, because the one saying it is implying that Allah is needy.
