"Rasool'Allah (Sallalaho Alaihe Wassalam) said: 'I have been threatened in the path at a time when no one else was threatened, and I have been harassed so much that no other person had experienced such harassments. I experienced thirty such nights and days wherein I and Hazrat Bilal (Radi'Allaho Ta'Ala Anhu) did not possess a thing, which a living creature can eat, except for the little that was hidden under the armpit of Hazrat Bilal (Radi'Allaho Ta'Ala Anhu).'"

Law: It is Sunnat to trim the moustache. It should be trimmed to the extent that it resembles the shortness of the eyebrows.

It should be so short that it does not fall over the upper portion of the upper lip. In one narration there has been mention of removing it.

Today's Beautiful Hadith is about The Living of Rasool'Allah (Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam):

Hazrat Sa'd bin Abi Waqqias (Radi'Allaho Ta'ala Anhu) reports:

"From the Ummah of Rasool'Allah (Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam) I was the first to take the blood of a non-believer, and I was the first to shoot an arrow in the path of Allah. We (the group of Sahaba in the early period of Islam) went for Jihaad in such a state, where we had nothing to eat. We ate the leaves of tree and pods of the acacia tree. As a result our jaw became ulcerous and wounded, and because of the leaves our excreta was like that of sheep and camel. After that too the people of Banu Asad threatened me. If the status of my ignorance in the deen is such as these people claim, then this world and the hereafter is lost." (The days in this world have been spent in poverty and difficulty, and the state of the deen is this that I do not have knowledge of Salaah too).

हज़रत साद इब्ने वक़्क़ैश (रदी'अल्लाहो त'आला अन्हु) फरमाते है:

"रसूलअल्लाह (सल्लल्लाहो अलैहे वसल्लम) की उम्मत में से काफिरो का खून करने वाला सबसे पहला मैं था, और मैं ही अल्लाह की राह में सबसे पहले तीर चलने वाला था. हम (इस्लाम के शुरुआत के दौर में सब सहाबा) जिहाद के लिए जाते, ऐसी हालत में जहा हमारे पास खाने को कुछ नहीं होता था. हम पेड़ो के पत्ते और बाबुल की फली खाते थे. इस वजह से हमारे जबड़े नासूरदार और घायल हो जाते, और पत्ते की वजह से हमारा मलमूत्र भेद और ऊँटो जैसा हो गया. उसके बाद भी बनु असद के कबीले के लोग हमें डरते थे. अगर मेरा इल्म ए दीन इनके कहने जैसा हो, तो यह दुनिया और आख़िरत को मैंने खो दिया." (इस दुनिया में दिन गरीबी और मशक्कत में गुज़रा, और दीन का इल्म ऐसा था की मुझे नमाज़ पढ़ना भी नहीं आता था).

Hazrat Abu Talha (Radi'Allaho Ta'ala Anhu) reports:

"We complained to Rasool'Allah (Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam) about the severe pangs of hunger, and showed him the stones fastened on our stomachs. A stone was fastened on the stomach of every one of us due to severe hunger.

Rasool'Allah (Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam) showed us two stones fastened onto his stomach." (Sayyidina Rasool'Allah (Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam) experienced more hunger than we did, and he had spent a longer period than us since he had last eaten).

"हमने रसूलअल्लाह (सल्लल्लाहो अलैहे वसल्लम) से भूख की शिकायत की, और हमारे पेट पर बंधे हुए पत्थर बताये. हम सब के पेट पर भूख की वजह से एक पत्थर बंधा हुआ था. रसूलअल्लाह (सल्लल्लाहो अलैहे वसल्लम) ने हमें अपने पेट पर बंधे हुए दो पत्थर दिखाए." (सय्यिदिना रसूलअल्लाह (सल्लल्लाहो अलैहे वसल्लम) को हमसे ज्यादा भूख का एहसास होता था, और आपने हमसे ज्यादा वक़्त बिना खाये गुज़ारा था).

Law: Neither should one shave off the hair nor trim the nail whilst in the state of Janaabat, as to do this is Makruh.

[Alamgiri]

Law: If the eyebrows have become too big, then you may trim them. To clean out the hair on the face (cheeks) is also allowed. This is referred to as making a Khat (Khat means to get a trim as in to clean the area under the eye and around the inner cheek. In other words, this refers to cleaning the hair above the beard area. It must be noted that this does not refer to trimming the actual beard). It is not good to shave or trim the hair on the chest or on the back.

नियम: अगर भौहें बहुत बड़ी हो गई हैं, तो आप उन्हें तराश सकते हैं। चेहरे (गाल) पर बाल साफ करना भी जाइज़ है। इसे खत बनाया कहा जाता है (खत का मतलब है कि आंखों के नीचे और अंदरूनी गाल के आसपास के बालो को साफ करना। दूसरे शब्दों में, यह दाढ़ी के ऊपर के बालों को साफ करने का इशारा करता है। यह दाढ़ी को तराशने का ज़िक्र नहीं करता है)। छाती पर या पीठ पर के बालों को तराशना अच्छा नहीं है.

The pubic hair should be shaved off with a blade (i.e. razor etc.) and this should be done from below the navel.

Instead of using a blade, if one uses sulphurate, lime or any hair removal soap etc. which has become commonly used in this time, then this too is permissible. For females to pluck out (remove) this hair is Sunnat.

Belief: When the people return after burying him, the deceased hears the sound of their footsteps. Just then, two Angels appear, tearing through the earth with their teeth. Their appearance is very fierce and dreadful. Their bodies are black and they have huge blackish blue eyes, which are as huge as cauldrons, blazing with fire. 

They have long mattered hair and teeth that are many hand lengths long, with which they rip open the ground as they come towards the deceased. One is called ‘Munkir’ and the other is called ‘Nakeer’. They awaken the deceased by jolting him aggressively, before questioning and interrogating him in a severely harsh tone.

अक़ीदह: जब लोग उसे दफनाने के बाद वापस आते हैं, तो मय्यत उनके पैरों की आवाज सुनती है। तब बस, उसे दो फरिस्ते दिखाई देते हैं, जो ज़मीन को अपने दांतो से चिर कर निकलते है। उनका दिखाव बहुत भयंकर और भयानक है उनका जिस्म काला हैं और उनके पास बड़ी काली नीली आंखें हैं, जो कड़ाकों के जैसी बड़ी हैं, आग से चमकती  हैं.

उनके पास घने बाल है और उनके दांत काफी हाथो जितने लम्बे है, जिससे वे जमीन को चीरते हैं और वे मुर्दे की तरफ आते हैं। एक को 'मुंकर' कहा जाता है और दूसरे को 'नकीर' कहा जाता है. वो मुर्दे को ज़ोरो के साथ झटका लगाकर उठाते है इससे पहले की वो कठोर आवाज़ में सवालात करे।

Al-'An`am: 158

Do they [then] wait for anything except that the angels should come to them or your Lord should come or that there come some of the signs of your Lord? The Day that some of the signs of your Lord will come no soul will benefit from its faith as long as it had not believed before or had earned through its faith some good. Say, "Wait. Indeed, we [also] are waiting."

Law: To remove the pubic hair is Sunnat. To have a bath on a weekly basis and to keep the body clean and pure, and to remove the pubic hair is Mustahab, and the best day to do this, is on a Friday.

It is also permissible to do this once every fifteen days and to allow more than forty days to pass is disallowed and Makruh.

Belief: When the deceased is laid to rest in his grave, the grave squeezes him. If he is a Muslim, the grave gently squeezes him as a mother hugs her child very snugly with love and affection. If he is a kaafir, the grave presses him with such force, that his ribs from the right protrude from the left and the ribs from the left protrude from the right.

अक़ीदह: मुर्दा भी बोलने के काबिल है, और सामान्य इंसानों और जिंसों को छोड़कर, बाकी सभी जानवरों आदि उसे सुनने में काबिल हैं।

अक़ीदह: जब मय्यत को उसकी कब्र में आराम करने के लिए उतारा जाता है, तो कब्र उसे अपने अंदर दबा लेती है। अगर वह मुस्लिम है, तो कब्र धीरे-धीरे उसे दबती है जैसे एक माँ प्यार और मुहब्बत के साथ अपने बच्चे को पकड़ती है। अगर वह एक काफिर है, तो उसे इस ताक़त के साथ कब्र में दबाया जाता है, कि दाएं तरफ की पसलिया बायीं तरफ और बायीं तरफ की पसलिया दाएं तरफ से निकलती है.

या यह कहने लगो, "यदि हमपर किताब उतारी गई होती तो हम उनसे बढकर सीधे मार्ग पर होते।" तो अब तुम्हारे पास रब की ओर से एक स्पष्ट प्रमाण, मार्गदर्शन और दयालुता आ चुकी है। अब उससे बढ़कर अत्याचारी कौन होगा जो अल्लाह की आयतों को झुठलाए और दूसरों को उनसे फेरे? जो लोग हमारी आयतों से रोकते हैं, उन्हें हम इस रोकने के कारण जल्द बुरी यातना देंगे.

Or lest you say, "If only the Scripture had been revealed to us, we would have been better guided than they." So there has [now] come to you a clear evidence from your Lord and a guidance and mercy. Then who is more unjust than one who denies the verses of Allah and turns away from them? Today's Beautiful Hadith is about The Living of Rasool'Allah (Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam):

Hazrat Ibn Seereen (Radi'Allaho Ta'ala Anhu) reports:

"We were once in the company of Hazrat Abu Hurayrah (Radi'Allaho Ta'ala Anhu). He was wearing a lungi and a sheet, both of which were made of kataan (a fine type of cloth) and were dyed reddish in colour. He (Abu Hurayrah) cleaned his nose with one of these, and said in surprise: 'Allah! Allah!, Abu Hurayrah is cleaning his nose today with a cloth of kataan. There was a time when I was lying unconscious between the Mimbar of Rasool'Allah (Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam) and the room of Hazrate Ayesha (Radi'Allaho Ta'ala Anha) because of severe hunger. People trampled my neck thinking I had become mad, whereas I was not mad, but severe hunger was the cause of the condition.'"

"हम एक मर्तबा हज़रत अबू हुरैरा (रदी'अल्लाहो त'आला अन्हु) के साथ थे. आप एक लुंगी और एक चादर लपेटे हुए थे. दोनों कटान से बानी हुई थी (अच्छे किसम का कपडा) और लाल रंग से रंगा हुआ था. आप (अबू हुरैरा) ने इनमे से एक से अपना नाक साफ़ किया, और आश्चर्य से कहा: 'अल्लाह! अल्लाह!, अबू हुरैरा ने अपनी नाक कटान से साफ़ की. एक वक़्त था जब मैं रसूलअल्लाह (सल्लल्लाहो अलैहे वसल्लम) के मिम्बर और हज़रते आयेशा (रदी'अल्लाहो त'आला अन्हा) के हुजरे के बिच भूख की वजह से बेहोश पड़ा था. लोगो ने मुझे पेरो से हिलाया ये सोच के की मैं पागल हो गया, मगर मैं पागल नहीं हुआ था. मगर भूख की वजह से मेरी हालत बेहाल थी."

Belief: To believe that soul enters another body after death, be it that of another human or animal, which is called ‘Tanasukh’ or ‘Awagawan’, i.e. re-incarnation, is baseless and kufr.

Belief: Death refers to the separation of the soul from the body. It does not mean that the soul dies. One who believes that the soul is totally obliterated is a Bud Mazhab (misguided and deviant).

अक़ीदह: मौत जिस्म से रूह को अलग करने का तरीक़ा है। इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि रूह मर जाती है जो मानता है कि रूह का नामोनिशान मिट जाता है वह एक बद मज़हब है (भटका हुआ और विचित्र)।
