The pubic hair should be shaved off with a blade (i.e. razor etc.) and this should be done from below the navel.
Instead of using a blade, if one uses sulphurate, lime or any hair removal soap etc. which has become commonly used in this time, then this too is permissible. For females to pluck out (remove) this hair is Sunnat.

जघन बालो को ब्लेड (यानी रेजर इत्यादि) से साफ़ करना चाहिए और यह नाभि के नीचे से किया जाना चाहिए।
ब्लेड का इस्तेमाल करने के बजाय, अगर कोई सल्फ़ुरेट, चूने या बाल को साफ़ करने के साबुन जैसे किसी भी चीज़ का इस्तेमाल करता है, जो आमतौर पर इस वक़्त में इस्तेमाल हो रहा है, तो यह जाइज़ है। औरतो के लिए बालो को खिंच कर निकलना सुन्नत है.
