Some people even make (or cut) a path either to the right or left of this hair. This too is contrary to the Sunnah.
The Sunnah method is that if one keeps hair, then one should comb a middle path. Some do not comb a path in the hair and just leave it straight. This is a Sunnat E Mansookha (refers to an abolished tradition) and the manner of the Jews and Christians, just as it has been mentioned in the Hadith.

कुछ लोग अपने बालों के दायीं तरफ या बायीं तरफ करते हैं (या कट कर) यह भी सुन्नत के खिलाफ है।
सुन्नत यह है कि अगर कोई बाल रखता है, तो उसे बीच बालो के बिच मांग बनाना चाहिए। कुछ लोग बाल में मांग नहीं करते हैं और इसे ऐसे ही छोड़ देते है. यह सुन्नत ए मन्सुखा है (एक निरस्त रिवाज को संदर्भित करता है) और यहूदी और ईसाई का तरीका है, जैसा कि हदीस में इसको बताया गया है।
