Law: If the Juzdaan (case or covering) for the Qur’an E Majeed is made from an impermissible fabric (i.e. from a fabric which is impermissible to wear), then to keep the Qur’an E Majeed in it, is permissible, but to put a band on it and then hang it around the neck is impermissible.
In other words, this prohibition is only when the Juzdaan is made from silk or zari.

नियम: अगर क़ुरान ए मजीद रखने के लिए जुज़दान नाजायज़ कपडे से बनाया गया है, तो उसमे क़ुरान ए मजीद रखना जायज़ है, मगर उसमे एक पट्टा रखना और फिर उसको गले में लटकाना नाजायज़ है.
दूसरे शब्दों में, यह रोक तब है जब जुज़दान जारी या रेशम से बनाया गया हो.
