Law: To wear adequate clothing that covers the Satr E Aurat and which protects one from the discomfort of the heat and cold is Fard, and to use more than that, whereby adornment is intended, and because Allah has bestowed this upon you, the aim is to show the Grace of Allah, then this is desirable.
(Satr E Aurat refers to the portions of the body that must be covered. To cover this portion of the body is Fard. For males, the Satr E Aurat is from below the navel to below the knees and for a female, the Satr E Aurat is the entire body, except the face, the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet).

नियम: सत्र ए औरत को ढंकने वाले पर्याप्त कपड़े पेहेनना और जो एक सख्स को गर्मी और ठंडी की बेचैनी से मेहफ़ूज़ रखे ये फ़र्ज़ है, और उससे ज्यादा पेहेनना, जिससे सजावट का इरादा है, और क्युकी अल्लाह ने तुम्हे इससे नवाज़ा है, और अल्लाह का शुक्र अदा करने के लिए पेहेनना अच्छी बात है.
(सत्र ए औरत मतलब जिस्म का वो हिस्सा जिसे ढांकना ज़रूरी है. जिस्म के इस हिस्से को ढांकना फ़र्ज़ है. मर्दो के लिए, अपनी नाभि से लेकर घुटने के निचे तक सत्र ए औरत का हिस्सा है जबकि औरत के लिए सत्र ए औरत पूरा जिस्म है सिवाए उसके चेहरा, हाथ और पाँव के पंजो के).
