👎🏽Divorce and Khula are Disliked👎🏽

Hazrat Thaubaan narrates that RasoolAllah said:
“The fragrance of Paradise is unlawful on the woman who seeks divorce from her husband without extreme necessity.”
(Ibne Majah)

Hazrat Ibne Umar narrates that RasoolAllah said:
“The most disliked lawful deed in the Sight of Allah is divorce.”
(Abu Dawood)

Hazrat Abu Hurairah narrates that RasoolAllah said:
“The women who seek freedom from marriage and seek Khula are hypocrites.”
(Nisaa’i)

This means that the women who grieve their husbands in order that they will be pressured into divorcing them or seek Khula (divorce obtained on the wife’s initiative) are hypocrites because they appear to love their husbands, but in reality they have hatred for them in their hearts and seek freedom from them.

These Hadith clearly show how disliked and despised Divorce and Khula are to Rasool'Allah and the reason he is making apparent his intense dislike is so that his followers will try everything possible in order to avoid divorce. In short, divorce is lawful but is extremely disliked by Allah Ta’ala and His Beloved Prophet and worthy of wrath and anger. Therefore both men and women should attempt to stay out of the target of this wrath and should try and spend their lives as each other’s coverings and lead a happy, peaceful life.

Especially once Allah Ta’ala has also granted you children because after children are born the parent’s lives are not for themselves, they are for training and guiding their children. Whenever a man or a woman thinks about separation they should look at their beautiful children and think that if we separate how will these children receive our joint love. The peace and successful training and guidance of children depends wholly on receiving joint love from their parents. If children are denied this joint love, then regardless of having enormous wealth, this lack of love cannot be compensated for by either the father or mother alone. If this consideration is kept at the forefront then the thought of divorce will not enter the mind, the home can be saved and the children’s future will not be ruined. Examine closely what the Beloved Prophet is telling us.

तलाक़ और इद्दत

👎🏽नापसंद है तलाक़ और खुला👎🏽

हज़रत थॉबान फरमाते है की रसूलअल्लाह ने कहा:
"बिना वजह अपने शोहर से तलाक़ मांगने वाली औरत पे जन्नत की खुसबू हराम कर दी गयी है."
(इब्ने माजाह)

हज़रत इब्ने उमर फरमाते है की रसूलअल्लाह ने कहा:
"हलाल कामो में अल्लाह त'आला को सबसे नापसंद तलाक़ है."
(अबु दावूद)

हज़रत अबु हुरैरा फरमाते है की रसूलअल्लाह ने कहा:
"जो औरत अपने निकाह से छूटना चाहती है और खुला करवाना चाहती है वो पाखंडी है."
(निसाई)

इसका मतलब ये है की जो औरत अपने शोहर को परेशान करती है के वो उसे तलाक़ दे या खुला करे (औरत की तरफ से तलाक़) वो पाखंडी है क्योंकि वो दिखती है की वो अपने शोहर से मुहब्बत करती है मगर, असल में वो नफरत करती है और उनसे अलग होना चाहती है.

ये हदीस साफ़ बता देती है की तलाक़ और खुला रसूलअल्लाह के लिए कितना नापसंदीदा काम है और ये अति नापसंद इसलिए है ताकि आपके उम्मती तलाक़ से बचने के लिए हर कोशिश करे. मुख़्तसर तौर पर, तलाक़ हलाल है मगर अल्लाह ता'अला और उसके प्यारे हबीब इससे सख्त नफरत करते है. इसलिए आदमी और औरत दोनों को इस काम से दूर रहना चाहिए और अपनी ज़िन्दगी एक दुसरे के साथ ख़ुशी से और शांति से बिताने चाहिए.

ख़ास तौर पे जब अल्लाह ता'अला ने आपको औवलाद आता की हो तो बच्चो के जन्म के बाद उनके वालिद की ज़िन्दगी सिर्फ उनकी नहीं रहती, वह अपने बच्चो की तालीम और तरबियत के लिए होती है. जब कोई आदमी या औरत अलग होने का सोचे तो उन्हें अपने प्यारे बच्चो को देखना चाहिए की कैसे उनको दोनों का प्यार मिले. उनको शांति भरी तालीम और तरबियत देने के लिए माँ बाप का साथ में प्यार देना बहुत ज़रूरी है. अगर बच्चो को ये साथ का प्यार नहीं मिला तो भले किट्टी भी दौलत होने के बावजूद, वो कभी खुश न रह पाएंगे अपने बाप या अपनी माँ के साथ अकेले रहकर. गर्व ये बात को ध्यान में राखी जाए तो तलाक़ का ख्याल कभी अपने दिमाग में नहीं आएंगे, घर भी बच्च जाएगा और बच्चो का भविस्य भी बेहतर रहेगा. रसूलल्लाह के बयान को ध्यान से पढ़ने की बहुत ज़रुरत है.

Rasool'Allah (Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam) said: "Whenever one amongst you puts on his Shoes, he should begin with the Right Leg, and when he removes his Shoes the Left one should be removed first. The Right Leg should be first when putting on and last when removing the Shoes."

🚫तलाक की सीमारेखा🚫

अल्लाह त'आला फरमाता है:

الطَّلاَقُ مَرَّتَانِ فَإِمْسَاكٌ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ تَسْرِيحٌ بِإِحْسَانٍ وَلاَ يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ أَن تَأْخُذُواْ مِمَّا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ شَيْئاً إِلاَّ أَن يَخَافَا أَلاَّ يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللّهِ فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللّهِ فَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا فِيمَا افْتَدَتْ بِهِ تِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللّهِ فَلاَ تَعْتَدُوهَا وَمَن يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ اللّهِ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ

“तलाक़ दो बार है। फिर सामान्य नियम के अनुसार (स्त्री को) रोक लिया जाए या भले तरीक़े से विदा कर दिया जाए। और तुम्हारे लिए वैध नहीं है कि जो कुछ तुम उन्हें दे चुके हो, उसमें से कुछ ले लो, सिवाय इस स्थिति के कि दोनों को डर हो कि अल्लाह की (निर्धारित) सीमाओं पर क़ायम न रह सकेंगे तो यदि तुमको यह डर हो कि वे अल्लाह की सीमाओ पर क़ायम न रहेंगे तो स्त्री जो कुछ देकर छुटकारा प्राप्त करना चाहे उसमें उन दोनो के लिए कोई गुनाह नहीं। ये अल्लाह की सीमाएँ है। अतः इनका उल्लंघन न करो। और जो कोई अल्लाह की सीमाओं का उल्लंघन करे तो ऐसे लोग अत्याचारी है।”
(अल-बक़रा - 229)

ख़ज़ाईन उल इरफ़ान में लिखा गया है की एक औरत रसूलअल्लाह के पास आयी  और कहने लगी की उसके शोहर ने उसे कहा है की वो उसे तलाक़ देंगा और फिरसे रुजू करेंगा. हर बार वो तलाक़ देगा और इद्दत ख़त्म होने के कुछ ही वक़्त पहले रुजू कर लेगा. फिरसे उसे तलाक़ देगा और रुजू करेगा और इस तरह पूरी ज़िन्दगी औरत को कैदी की जैसा रखेगा. इस मामले पर ऊपर की आयत नाज़िल की गयी और बताया गया की रुजू करना सिर्फ २ तलाक़ तक सिमित है और तीसरे तलाक़ के बाद रुजू करना मना है.

🚫Limit of Divorce🚫

Allah Ta’ala states:

الطَّلاَقُ مَرَّتَانِ فَإِمْسَاكٌ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ تَسْرِيحٌ بِإِحْسَانٍ وَلاَ يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ أَن تَأْخُذُواْ مِمَّا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ شَيْئاً إِلاَّ أَن يَخَافَا أَلاَّ يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللّهِ فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللّهِ فَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا فِيمَا افْتَدَتْ بِهِ تِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللّهِ فَلاَ تَعْتَدُوهَا وَمَن يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ اللّهِ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ

“Divorce is twice. Then, either keep [her] in an acceptable manner or release [her] with good treatment. And it is not lawful for you to take anything of what you have given them unless both fear that they will not be able to keep [within] the limits of Allah . But if you fear that they will not keep [within] the limits of Allah, then there is no blame upon either of them concerning that by which she ransoms herself. These are the limits of Allah, so do not transgress them. And whoever transgresses the limits of Allah - it is those who are the wrongdoers.”
(Al Baqarah: 229)

It states in Khaza-inul Irfan that a lady came to RasoolAllah and said that her husband had stated that he will divorce her and then reconcile with her. Each time he divorces her one time and then when the waiting period (Iddat) is almost over he reconciles with her. He then divorces her again and reconciles and wants to keep her a prisoner like this for life. Upon this incident the above verse was revealed stating that reconciliation is only for two divorces and there is no reconciliation after the third divorce.

ال ماعدا: 049 -

وَأَنِ احْكُم بَيْنَهُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللّهُ وَلاَ تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءهُمْ وَاحْذَرْهُمْ أَن يَفْتِنُوكَ عَن بَعْضِ مَا أَنزَلَ اللّهُ إِلَيْكَ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْاْ فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللّهُ أَن يُصِيبَهُم بِبَعْضِ ذُنُوبِهِمْ وَإِنَّ كَثِيراً مِّنَ النَّاسِ لَفَاسِقُونَ

अल-माइदा: 049 - और यह कि तुम उनके बीच वही फ़ैसला करो जो अल्लाह ने उतारा है और उनकी इच्छाओं का पालन न करो और उनसे बचते रहो कि कहीं ऐसा न हो कि वे तुम्हें फ़रेब में डालकर जो कुछ अल्लाह ने तुम्हारी ओर उतारा है उसके किसी भाग से वे तुम्हें हटा दें। फिर यदि वे मुँह मोड़े तो जान लो कि अल्लाह ही उनके गुनाहों के कारण उन्हें संकट में डालना चाहता है। निश्चय ही अधिकांश लोग उल्लंघनकारी है.

Al-Ma'idah: 049 - And judge, [O Muhammad], between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations and beware of them, lest they tempt you away from some of what Allah has revealed to you. And if they turn away -  then know that Allah only intends to afflict them with some of their [own] sins. And indeed, many among the people are defiantly disobedient.

📝रिश्ते को बरकरार रखने के लिए कुरआन के नियम - 02📝

(...कल से जारी रखा)
इसका मतलब यह है कि यदि आप उनकी अवज्ञा की पूरी तरह से जानते हैं तो अपने गुस्से पर काबू नहीं खोना चाहिए, मगर पहले उन्हें सब्र से संजय. अगर ये काम नहीं करता तो उनके साथ रात न गुज़रो और प्यार और सोहबत की बाटियेँ न करो. जिस औरत के पास अच्छे गुण और शराफ़त होंगी वो अपने आप से इस दौरान सुधर जाएंगी.

अगर फिर भी ये काम न करे तो फिर उनपे शख्ती से पेश आओ मगर उतनी भी शख्ती नहीं जिससे उनके जिस्म पर निशानी आ जाए. इसपे हज़रात इब्ने अब्बास की रिवायत से खुल कर तफ़्सीर बयान की गयी है फरमाते है, अगर हालात इस है की आपको उनपे हाथ उठाना पद जाए तो उन्हें मिस्वाक (साल्वाडोरा पर्सिका वृक्ष की टहनी) या ऐसी कोई हलकी चीज़ से मारो जिससे उसे तकलीफ न हो. आजकल, काफी जाहिल मर्द अपनी बीवी को जानवरो के जैसा मारते है; इस्लाम किसी भी हालात में इसकी इज़ाज़त नहीं देता. और अगर औरत अपनी ज़िद्द छोड़ कर अपने शोहर की फरमाबरदारी करने लग्ग जाए तो शोहर पे ये लाज़िम है की वो भी मारना बांध कर दे और प्यार से पेश आने लगे. ये वो रब का फरमान है जो सबसे महान है और उसके फरमान के खिलाफ जाने वालो का बेशक बहुत बुरा अंजाम है.

अगर फिर भी, उनके ये तरीके भी ना कामयाब होते रहे और तलाक़ का ही विकल्प रह गया है तो फिर शोहर और बीवी के घरवालो की तरफ से दो लोग को पसंद करके उनकी फ़रियाद को सुनने और इसे हल करने का प्रयास करना चाहिए. अगर मामला क़ाज़ी के दरबार में जाता है तो क़ाज़ी की भी ज़िम्मेदारी है की वो जल्दी में तलाक़ न करवा दे बल्कि वो भी एक प्रयास करे और हल निकलने की कोशिश करे. अगर सुलह करने वाले मध्यस्थों और काज़िओ ने उन्हें सही मार्गदर्शनदिया तो अल्लाह त'आला भी बेशक उनके साथ है. इसके और रिवायत करने वाले बताते है ' ये दोनों सुलह करना चाहते है' इसका मतलब ये की शोहर और उसकी बीवी सुलह करना चाहते है तो बेशक अल्लाह त'आला उनके साथ है और सुलह के सारे रास्ते खोल देता है.

This means that if you are completely certain of their disobedience then do not lose control or your temper, but rather first calmly explain things to them. If this does not work then do not spend the nights with them and do not talk about love and sexual relations with them. The woman who has some virtue and nobility in her will undoubtedly reform herself at this stage.

However, if this does not work either then you can beat her but the beating should be light and should not be hard enough that it would leave marks or bruises on her body. There is further clarification on this from Hazrat Ibne Abbas who narrates that if the situation is such that you must beat her then beat her with a Miswak or similar light thing. Nowadays, many ignorant people beat their wives like animals; Islam does not give any such permission whatsoever. If a woman stops her defiance and becomes obedient to her husband then it is essential for him to stop being oppressive and treat her with love and respect. This is the order of the Lord Who is the Greatest of all and the results of turning away from His orders are extremely dangerous.

However, if their efforts are not successful and it seems like the situation will only end in divorce then the husband and wife or their families should choose two people to listen to both their grievances and help them find a solution. If the dispute goes to court then the judge should not hastily dissolve the marriage. Rather he should use his authority to order them to try and find a solution. If the arbitrators and judges guide them sincerely then the guidance of Allah Ta’ala will undoubtedly be with them. According to some commentators the words ‘if these two wish reconciliation’ means that if the husband and wife desire reconciliation sincerely then Allah Ta’ala will create the means for them to be reconciled.’

ال ماعدا: 048 -
وَأَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ مُصَدِّقاً لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ وَمُهَيْمِناً عَلَيْهِ فَاحْكُم بَيْنَهُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللّهُ وَلاَ تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءهُمْ عَمَّا جَاءكَ مِنَ الْحَقِّ لِكُلٍّ جَعَلْنَا مِنكُمْ شِرْعَةً وَمِنْهَاجاً وَلَوْ شَاء اللّهُ لَجَعَلَكُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَلَـكِن لِّيَبْلُوَكُمْ فِي مَا آتَاكُم فَاسْتَبِقُوا الخَيْرَاتِ إِلَى الله مَرْجِعُكُمْ جَمِيعاً فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ فِيهِ تَخْتَلِفُون

अल-माइदा: 048 - और हमने तुम्हारी ओर यह किताब हक़ के साथ उतारी है, जो उस किताब की पुष्टि करती है जो उसके पहले से मौजूद है और उसकी संरक्षक है। अतः लोगों के बीच तुम मामलों में वही फ़ैसला करना जो अल्लाह ने उतारा है और जो सत्य तुम्हारे पास आ चुका है उसे छोड़कर उनकी इच्छाओं का पालन न करना। हमने तुममें से प्रत्येक के लिए एक ही घाट (शरीअत) और एक ही मार्ग निश्चित किया है। यदि अल्लाह चाहता तो तुम सबको एक समुदाय बना देता। परन्तु जो कुछ उसने तुम्हें दिया है, उसमें वह तुम्हारी परीक्षा करना चाहता है। अतः भलाई के कामों में एक-दूसरे से आगे बढ़ो। तुम सबको अल्लाह ही की ओर लौटना है। फिर वह तुम्हें बता देगा, जिसमें तुम विभेद करते रहे हो.

Al-Ma'idah: 048 - And We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth, confirming that which preceded it of the Scripture and as a criterion over it. So judge between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations away from what has come to you of the truth. To each of you We prescribed a law and a method. Had Allah willed, He would have made you one nation [united in religion], but [He intended] to test you in what He has given you; so race to [all that is] good. To Allah is your return all together, and He will [then] inform you concerning that over which you used to differ.َ

अल्लाह त'आला फरमाता है:

"और यदि तुम्हें पति-पत्नी के बीच बिगाड़ का भय हो, तो एक फ़ैसला करनेवाला पुरुष के लोगों में से और एक फ़ैसला करनेवाला स्त्री के लोगों में से नियुक्त करो, यदि वे दोनों सुधार करना चाहेंगे, तो अल्लाह उनके बीच अनुकूलता पैदा कर देगा। निस्संदेह, अल्लाह सब कुछ जाननेवाला, ख़बर रखनेवाला है."
(अन-निसा: 35)

इन आयत पे तवज्जो करते हुए, हज़रत अल्लामा पीर मुहम्मद करम शाह अजहरी लिखते है:
'अच्छे शवभाव वाली औरतो के साथ ऐसी भी औरते है जो बहुत गुस्से वाली और शख्त शबभव की होती है और ये आयत उनको बदलना सिखाती है. यहाँ 'नाफरमानी का मतलब है की जहा औरत अपने गौरव, अहंकार और नफरत की वजह से अपने शोहर के खिलाफ जाती है. 'डर' का मतलब संदेह या शक नहीं है, लेकिन यह पूरी निश्चितता का मतलब है.'

Allah Ta’ala states:

وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ شِقَاقَ بَيْنِهِمَا فَابْعَثُواْ حَكَماً مِّنْ أَهْلِهِ وَحَكَماً مِّنْ أَهْلِهَا إِن يُرِيدَا إِصْلاَحاً يُوَفِّقِ اللّهُ بَيْنَهُمَا إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَلِيماً خَبِيراً

“And if you fear dissension between the two, send an arbitrator from his people and an arbitrator from her people. If they both desire reconciliation, Allah will cause it between them. Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Acquainted [with all things].”
(An-Nisa: 35)

In commentating on these verses, Hazrat Allama Peer Muhammad Karam Shah Azhari writes:
‘Along with many good natured women there are also some women who have a very hot temper and temperament and these verses teach the method of trying to reform them. ‘Disobedience’ here means where the wife, because of pride, arrogance and hatred, goes against the orders of the husband. ‘Fear’ does not mean suspicion or doubt but it means complete certainty.

अगर हम इमाम हुसैन (रदी'अल्लाहो त'आला अन्हु) से सच्ची मुहब्बत का दावा करते है, तो आपकी ज़िन्दगी के बारे में ज़रा सा जानना या थोड़े आंसू बहाना काफी नहीं है. अगर हमारे दिलो में
उनके लिए सच्ची मुहब्बत है तो हमे उनके दिखाए रास्ते पर चलना चाहिए. हमे अपने आप को उन सब से दूर कर देना चाहिए जो उन्हें नापसंद थी और झूठ, छल, लालच, दुनिया की मुहब्बत, शराब, व्यभिचार, क़ज़ा होने वाली नमाज़ों से जिहाद करना चाहिए. और हमें वो सब खूबी इख्तियार करनी चाहिए जो अल्लाह त'आला और उसके प्यारे रसूल (सल्लल्लाहो अलैहे वसल्लम) को राज़ी करे.

ये हमारी तरफ से हमारे रब के लिए सही पेशकश होगी. और इसी तरह क़ुरबानी का सही मक़सद पूरा होगा. मैं अल्लाह से दुआ करता हू और उम्मीद करता हू की हम उन्हें राज़ी करे और इमाम हुसैन (रदी'अल्लाहो त'आला अन्हु) का मिशन आगे बढ़ाये.

If we claim to be the true lovers of Imaam Hussain (Radi’Allaho Ta’Ala Anhu), then just to listen about him and to shed some tears is not enough. If we really love him then we have to follow him. We have to dissociate ourselves from the qualities that he disliked and fought against such as lies, deceit, greed, love of the world, alcohol, fornication, missing Salaah. And we should acquire the qualities which should please Allah Ta’ala and His Beloved Rasool (Salallahu Alaihe Wasallam).

This will be a true offering from us to our beloved master. And in this way the purpose of his sacrifice be fulfilled. I hope and pray to Allah Almighty that may we please Him and take forward the mission of Imaam Hussain (Radi’Allaho Ta’Ala Anhu).

अल-माइदा: 047 - अतः इनजील वालों को चाहिए कि उस विधान के अनुसार फ़ैसला करें, जो अल्लाह ने उस इनजील में उतारा है। और जो उसके अनुसार फ़ैसला न करें, जो अल्लाह ने उतारा है, तो ऐसे ही लोग उल्लंघनकारी है.

Al-Ma'idah: 047 - And let the People of the Gospel judge by what Allah has revealed therein. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed -  then it is those who are the defiantly disobedient.

ا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ أَن تَرِثُواْ النِّسَاء كَرْهاً وَلاَ تَعْضُلُوهُنَّ لِتَذْهَبُواْ بِبَعْضِ مَا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ إِلاَّ أَن يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُّبَيِّنَةٍ وَعَاشِرُوهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ فَإِن كَرِهْتُمُوهُنَّ فَعَسَى أَن تَكْرَهُواْ شَيْئاً وَيَجْعَلَ اللّهُ فِيهِ خَيْراً كَثِيراً

“ऐ ईमान लानेवालो! तुम्हारे लिए वैध नहीं कि स्त्रियों के माल के ज़बरदस्ती वारिस बन बैठो, और न यह वैध है कि उन्हें इसलिए रोको और तंग करो कि जो कुछ तुमने उन्हें दिया है, उसमें से कुछ ले उड़ो। परन्तु यदि वे खुले रूप में अशिष्ट कर्म कर बैठे तो दूसरी बात है। और उनके साथ भले तरीक़े से रहो-सहो। फिर यदि वे तुम्हें पसन्द न हों, तो सम्भव है कि एक चीज़ तुम्हें पसन्द न हो और अल्लाह उसमें बहुत कुछ भलाई रख दे.”
(अन-निसा - 19)

हज़रत मुहरिब फरमाते है की रसूलअल्लाह ने कहा, "हलाल की गयी सारी बातों में, अल्लाह त'आला की नज़रो में तलाक़ सबसे नफरत भरा अमल है."
(सुनन अबु दावूद: खंड 1, पुष्ट 296)

हज़रत इब्ने उमर फरमाते है की रसूलअल्लाह ने कहा, "सभी हलाल चीज़ों में अल्लाह त'आला तलाक़ को सबसे ज्यादा नापसंद फरमाता है."
(सुनन अबु दावूद: खंड 1, पुष्ट 296)

क़ुरान और सुन्नत के नेक तरीके से मर्द पे ये लाज़िम है की वो तलाक़ न देने के लिए सारी मुमकिन कोशिश करे. अगर बहुत ज़रुरत पड़ जाए तो सिर्फ एक तलाक़ दे ताकि वो अपनी बीवी को ३ महीने के इद्दत के वक़्त में फिरसे रुजू कर सकता और अगर नहीं करता इस दौरान तो दोनों ३ महीने के बाद अलग हो जाएंगे. आजकल, लोग ये सोचते है की तलाक़ तीन बार दे सकते है इसलिए वो खुद तीन बार तलाक़ दे देते है या तीन बार तलाक़ लिख कर वकील के सामने रुजू करता है (तीन तलाक़ निकाह को हमेशा के लिए ख़त्म कर देती है और इसके बाद रुजू का कोई रास्ता नहीं). जब इन्हें एहसास होता है की उन्होंने तीन तलाक़ दे दी है और उनका निकाह अब ख़त्म हो चूका है तो वो हचमचा जाते है और फिर उलेमा की तरफ भागते है और तलाक़ को पलटने के रास्ते ढूंढते है. वो हलाला का हराम तरीक़ा भी कोशिश करने के लिए राज़ी हो जाते है जब रसूलअल्लाह ने इसपे लानत भेजी है. फिर भी, अपने बच्चे को मुसीबत से बचने के लिए और अपने आप को दूसरी बुरायियो से बचने के लिए, दोनों दल सुलह करने के लिए तैयार हो जाते है.

⏬Divorce Only as a Last Resort⏬

The Qur’an teaches us that even if a husband does not like his wife, he should try and be accommodating – Allah Ta’ala states:

ا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ أَن تَرِثُواْ النِّسَاء كَرْهاً وَلاَ تَعْضُلُوهُنَّ لِتَذْهَبُواْ بِبَعْضِ مَا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ إِلاَّ أَن يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُّبَيِّنَةٍ وَعَاشِرُوهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ فَإِن كَرِهْتُمُوهُنَّ فَعَسَى أَن تَكْرَهُواْ شَيْئاً وَيَجْعَلَ اللّهُ فِيهِ خَيْراً كَثِيراً

“O you who have believed, it is not lawful for you to inherit women by compulsion. And do not make difficulties for them in order to take [back] part of what you gave them unless they commit a clear immorality. And live with them in kindness. For if you dislike them - perhaps you dislike a thing and Allah makes therein much good.”
(Surah An Nisa - 19)

Hazrat Muharib states that RasoolAllah said, “Of all the things permitted by Allah Ta’ala, divorce is the most hated thing in the Sight of Allah Ta’ala.”
(Sunan Abu Dawood: Vol 1, Page 296)

Hazrat Ibne Umar narrates that RasoolAllah said, “Of all permissible things the most hated by Allah Ta’ala is divorce.”
(Sunan Abu Dawood: Vol 1, Page 296)

In light of this guidance from the Qur’an and Sunnah it is essential for a husband to try everything possible in order to avoid divorce. If it is impossible then he should give one reversible divorce because that will give them three months (time of Iddat) to reconsider otherwise after the waiting (Iddat) period they will be separated. Nowadays, people think that divorce can only be given three times so they themselves either give divorce three times or write three divorces in front of a lawyer or commissioner of oaths (Three divorces makes the divorce final and non-reversible). When they realise that they have given three divorces and that the marriage is now over they panic and come running to Scholars (Muftis) and ask for the method to reverse the divorce. They even become willing to carry out the (incorrect) form of Halalah even though this form of Halalah has been cursed by RasoolAllah. However, in order to try and save their children from misery and save themselves from other evils, both parties are willing to reconcile at any cost.

कर्बला के पहले और उसके बाद भी कई जंगे लड़ी गयी. हर एक जंग इस्लाम के सिद्धांतों की रक्षा के लिए और अल्लाह के नाम की बुलंदी के लिए लड़ी गयी. ऐसी कई जंग थी जिसमे रसूलअल्लाह (सल्लल्लाहो अलैहे वसल्लम) खुद मौजूद थे और कई में आपके सहाबी ने लड़े. आज का मुस्लमान उन जंगो के बारे में बहुत कम जानता है. लेकिन बदकिस्मति से आज का मुसलमान इसके बारे में बहुत कम जानता है. बहुत कम वो जानते है और एहसास नही उन महान क़ुरबानी जिसकी वजह से आज हम तक इस्लाम पंहुचा है.

आज ये बात पे गौर करना है की क्यों हम जंग ए कर्बला के बारे में बाकि जंगो से ज्यादा बहुत सुनते है? क्यों जंग ए कर्बला को हर साल याद किया जाता है और बाकी को नहीं? सबसे बड़ी वजह ये है की ज्यादातर सारी जंग इस्लाम और कुफ्र के बीच में लड़ी गयी. इस्लाम के मानने वाले और न मानने वाले के बीच जंग हुई.

ये जंग इस्लाम के अंदर लड़ी गयी. दोनों दुश्मन दल मुस्लिम थे. मगर लालच ने दुश्मनो पर काबू कर लिया था. ये वो लोग थे जो दौलत और दुनयावी स्थिति  को पाना चाहता थे और आख़िरत के सुखो को नकारते थे. वे तानाशाह शासक से दर रखते थे मगर अल्लाह से डरते नहीं थे. वे अमीर और ताक़तवर को साथ देते थे और सच्चे और नेक लोगो को नकारते थे. ये जंग मुस्लिमो हमेशा याद रखेगे और इससे सबक लेंगे. इसलिए, हम जानते है की हमेशा इस नहीं, की जो मुस्लिम होने का दावा करता है और ज़ाहिर तौर पे इस्लाम के कानून को मानने वाले सच्चे रास्ते पर हो. हमें रसूलअल्लाह (सल्लल्लाहो अलैहे वसल्लम) के सच्चे अनुयायियों को पहचानना चाहिए ताकि हम अपने ईमान की हिफाज़त कर सके.

There were many wars before and after Karbala. Each one was to defend the principles of Islam and to glorify the name of Allah. There were many wars in which Rasool’Allah (Salallahu Alaihe Wasallam) was present himself and there were others fought by his companions. But unfortunately, Muslims today hold very little knowledge about them. Little do they know and realise the great sacrifices through which Islam has reached us.

The point to be made is that why do we hear about Karbala more than any other war? Why is the war of Karbala commemorated each year and not other? One of the main reasons for this is that most of the other wars were waged between Islam and Kufr. Believers were fighting the nonbelievers.

But this was a war within Islam. The opposite parties were both Muslims. But greed had overcome the enemies. They were the people who only desired the wealth and position of this world and neglected the pleasures of the Hereafter. They feared a tyrant ruler but did not fear Almighty Allah. They supported the rich and the powerful and isolated the righteous and the pious. This war is always remembered by the Muslims and so is a lesson for them. Thus we know that not always, those who claim to be Muslim and apparently practice Islam are on the true path. We have to recognise the true followers of Rasool’Allah (Salallahu Alaihe Wasallam) in order to protect our Iman.

अल-माइदा: 046 - और उनके पीछ उन्हीं के पद-चिन्हों पर हमने मरयम के बेटे ईसा को भेजा जो पहले से उसके सामने मौजूद किताब 'तौरात' की पुष्टि करनेवाला था। और हमने उसे इनजील प्रदान की, जिसमें मार्गदर्शन और प्रकाश था। और वह अपनी पूर्ववर्ती किताब तौरात की पुष्टि करनेवाली थी, और वह डर रखनेवालों के लिए मार्गदर्शन और नसीहत थी.

Al-Ma'idah: 046 - And We sent, following in their footsteps, Jesus, the son of Mary, confirming that which came before him in the Torah; and We gave him the Gospel, in which was guidance and light and confirming that which preceded it of the Torah as guidance and instruction for the righteous.َ

I asked Ibn 'Umar (Radi'Allahu Ta'Ala Anhu) the reason for not wearing Shoes with hair on them. He replied: "I had seen Rasool'Allah (Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam) wear and Perform Wudu with Shoes that did not have hair on them. That is why I also like this type of Shoes".

✅तलाक़ को क्यों हलाल किया गया?✅

इस्लाम का उद्देश्य यह है कि सभी मुमकिन कोशिश कि जाना चाहिए ताकि यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए की जो मर्द और औरत एक निकाह में हो वो अपनी ज़िन्दगी में हमेशा साथ रहे। अगर उन दोनों के बीच असहमति या गलतफहमी पैदा होती हैं तो उनके परिवार और साथ वाले लोगो को उनकी गलतफहमी स्पष्ट करने और उन दोनों के बीच शांति बनाने में उनकी मदद करनी चाहिए। अगर सुलह के सभी प्रयास कर लिए गए, लेकिन कुछ मतभेदों को हल न कर सके और यह दर है कि वे अल्लाह त'आला की सीमा का पालन करने में सक्षम नहीं होंगे, और निकाह के फायदे और उद्देश्य खो जाएगा, तो उनकी एक दुसरे के लिए नफरत और ना पसंदगी के लिए उन्हें साथ रहने के लिए मजबूर नहीं किया जाए.

इस मामले में, उनकी भलाई के लिए, उनके परिवार और समाज की भलाई के लिए, वो मर्द को उसकी बीवी को तलाक़ देने से नहीं रोकना चाहिए. निकाह को ख़त्म करने का दूसरा तरीक़ा ये है की औरत अपने शोहर को कुछ दे और एक इस्लामिक न्यायाधीश (क़ाज़ी) के पास जाकर निकाह को रद्द (खुला) कर दे. चौथा तरीक़ा ये है की जो दो शख्स ने निकाह होने के वक़्त वकालत दी थी वो इस निकाह को रद्द और समाप्त करदे।

✅Why Divorce Was Made Permissible?✅

The aim of Islam is that all possible efforts should be made in order to ensure that those who are joined together in marriage remain married to each other all their lives. If disagreements or misunderstandings arise between them then family and community members should help them clear up their misunderstandings and make peace between them. If all attempts are made at reconciliation but the couple are not able to resolve their differences and there is a danger that they will not be able to abide by the limits ordained by Allah Ta’ala, and the aim and benefits of marriage will be lost, then because of their dislike or hatred for each other they should not be forced to remain together.

In this instance, for their benefit, the benefit of their families and society in general, the man should not be stopped from divorcing his wife. Another method of terminating the marriage is for the wife to give something to her husband and have the marriage annulled (Khula) or for an Islamic judge (Qazi) to annul the marriage. A fourth method is for the two Muslim arbitrators who were in charge of trying to resolve the matter declaring the marriage annulled and terminated.

🔥इमाम हुसैन (रदी'अल्लाहो त'आला अन्हु) के हत्यारो पर अल्लाह की नाराज़गी - 02🔥

इसी तरह एक और रिवायत में है की एक और बुध आदमी भी इसी तरह अँधा हो गया. उसने कहा, 'मैंने रसूलअल्लाह (सल्लल्लाहो अलैहे वसल्लम) को एक खून से भरे हुए प्याले के साथ देखा. लोग आपके पास आते थे और आप उनकी आँखों में वो खून लगाते थे. मुझे भी आपके पास भेज गया. मैंने कहा, "या  रसूलअल्लाह (सल्लल्लाहो अलैहे वसल्लम), मैं कर्बला के जंग के मैदान में हाज़िर नहीं था."  रसूलअल्लाह (सल्लल्लाहो अलैहे वसल्लम) ने जवाब दिया, 'मगर तुम्हे ये ख्वाइश की थी की वो मारे जाए.' फिर आपने आपकी ऊँगली मेरी तरफ की और मैं अँधा हो गया.’

अल्लामा बरज़ी हज़रात मंसूर की वकालत से रिवायत करते है, उन्होंने मुल्के शाम में एक आदमी को सुव्वर की शक्ल में देखा. जब वजह पूछी गयी तो उसने बताया, 'मैं हर रोज़ अमीर उल मोमिनीन हज़रत अली (रदी'अल्लाहो त'आला अन्हु) पे लानत भेजता था. फिर एक रात मैंने ख्वाब में देखा की इमाम हसन रसूलअल्लाह (सकललल्लाहो अलैहे वसल्लम) से मेरे उन सब पे लानत भेजने की शिकायत कर रहे थे. रसूलल्लाह (सल्लल्लाहो अलैहे वसल्लम) ने मुझपे लानत भेजी  और मुझे थप्पड़ मार. तब से मै८न लोगो के लिए इस बात की निशानी बहन गया.'

👿झूठे मक्कार मुख़्तार का खात्मा👿

एक तरह मुख़्तार ने इमाम हुसैन की हत्या के हत्यारो को ख़त्म करने का प्रशंसकीय काम किया, मगर दूसरी तरफ, उसने अपने आप को अल्लाह का रसूल होने का दावा किया और काफ़िर हो गया. हज़रत अब्दुल्लाह बिन ज़ुबैर (रदी'अल्लाहो त'आला अन्हु) ने हिजरी 67 में फ़ौज भेजी और उसका खत्म कर दिया.

🔥Killers of Imaam Hussain (Radi’Allaho Ta’Ala Anhu) in the Wrath of Allah - 02🔥

In the same way it is narrated that one old joiner too became blind. He says, ‘I saw Rasool’Allah (Salallahu Alaihe Wasallam) with a bowl filled with blood. People came to him and he applied the blood in their eyes. I too was sent to him. I said, ‘Ya Rasool’Allah (Salallahu Alaihe Wasallam), I was not present at the battlefield in Karbala.’ Rasool’Allah (Salallahu Alaihe Wasallam) replied, ‘But you wished that he be killed.’ Then he pulled his finger towards me and I became blind.’

Allama Barzi narrates on the authority of Hazrat Mansoor, they saw a man in Syria whose face was like a swine. When he was enquired about the reason, he replied, ‘Every day I used to curse Ameer ul Mu’mineen Hazrat Ali (Radi’Allaho Ta’Ala Anhu) and his children. Then one night I saw a dream in which Imam Hasan complained to Rasool’Allah (Salallahu Alaihe Wasallam) about me cursing them. Rasool’Allah (Salallahu Alaihe Wasallam) cursed me and spat on me. Since then I have become a sign for people.’

👿The End of Mukhtar, the Liar👿

On one side Mukhtar did a commendable job by taking the revenge of Imaam Hussain and by killing the killers, but on the other hand, he declared himself as a prophet, thus becoming a infidel. Hazrat Abdullah bin Zubair (Radi’Allaho Ta’Ala Anhu) sent an army in 67 Hijri and destroyed him.

وَكَتَبْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ فِيهَا أَنَّ النَّفْسَ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالْعَيْنَ بِالْعَيْنِ وَالأَنفَ بِالأَنفِ وَالأُذُنَ بِالأُذُنِ وَالسِّنَّ بِالسِّنِّ وَالْجُرُوحَ قِصَاصٌ فَمَن تَصَدَّقَ بِهِ فَهُوَ كَفَّارَةٌ لَّهُ وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَا أنزَلَ اللّهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُون

अल-माइदा: 045 - और हमने उस (तौरात) में उनके लिए लिख दिया था कि जान जान के बराबर है, आँख आँख के बराहर है, नाक नाक के बराबर है, कान कान के बराबर, दाँत दाँत के बराबर और सब आघातों के लिए इसी तरह बराबर का बदला है। तो जो कोई उसे क्षमा कर दे तो यह उसके लिए प्रायश्चित होगा और जो लोग उस विधान के अनुसार फ़ैसला न करें, जिसे अल्लाह ने उतारा है जो ऐसे लोग अत्याचारी है.

Al-Ma'idah: 045 - And We ordained for them therein a life for a life, an eye for an eye, a nose for a nose, an ear for an ear, a tooth for a tooth, and for wounds is legal retribution. But whoever gives [up his right as] charity, it is an expiation for him. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed -  then it is those who are the wrongdoers.

1⃣ 👌🏻*श्रेष्ठ तलाक़ (एहसान - अहसान)*👌🏻
उन दिनों जब औरत पाक न हो (हैज़ वाले दिन) और उसके साथ शारीरिक रिश्ते न हो, तब एक तलाक़ देनी चाहिए. रुकने का वक़्त (इद्दत) अब शुरू होता है. आदमी के पास औरत को इस दौरान अपने निकाह में वापिस लेने का अधिकार है लेकिन अगर इद्दत का वक़्त ख़तम हो गया तो यह मुमकिन नहीं. फिर भी, अगर आदमी और औरत समाधान करते है तो दोनों फिरसे निकाह कर सकते है जिसके बाद सिर्फ एक या दो तलाक़ बाकी रहेगी (तीन नहीं).

2⃣ 👍🏻Good (Hasan) Divorce👍🏻
उन दिनों जब औरत पाक न हो (हैज़ वाले दिन) और उसके साथ शारीरिक रिश्ते न हो, तब एक तलाक़ देनी चाहिए. एक हैज़ के गुजरने के बाद शारीरिक रिश्ते से परहेज़ करके दूसरी तलाक़ देनी चाहिए. दूसरा हैज़ के गुजरने के बाद शारीरिक रिश्ते से परहेज़ करके फिर तीसरी तलाक़ देनी चाहिए. तीसरी तलाक़ के बाद औरत उसके शोहर के लिए अब हराम हो गयी और वो दोनों अब बिना हलालाके फिरसे निकाह नहीं करे सकते.

3⃣ 👎🏻निन्दा वाला (मुग़ल्लाज़ह)👎🏻
इसमें तीन प्रकार के तलाक़ है:
⏯ 1. एक ही बार में तीन तलाक़ कही भले वह इस कहे की मैं 'तुझे तीन बार तलाक़ देता हु' या तीन बार इस कहे की 'मैं तुझे तलाक़ देता हु'.
⏯ 2. औरत के हैज़ वाले दिनों में एक तलाक़ देना: इस तलाक़ के बाद समाधान करना (रुजू) करना अनिवार्य (वाजिब) है मगर एक तलाक़ गिनी जायेगी.
⏯ 3. उन दिनों तलाक़ देना जब शारीरिक रिश्ता बंधा हो.
▶जो शख्स निंदा वाला तलाक़ देता है चाहे कितना भी बड़ा मसला हो और ये सोचे बिना की इसका क्या अंजाम होगा फिर भी वह गुनहगार है क्योंकि ये एक गुनाह है. अगर 'तलाक' का शब्द का इस्तेमाल करके एक या दो तलाक़ दिए जाते है तो इसे पलटा सकते है (तलाक रजई). अगर तलाक इशारा या निहित है, लेकिन शब्द 'तलाक' का उपयोग नहीं किया गया है तो इसे नहीं पलटा सकते है (तलाक़ बाइन). मिसाल के तौर पे, तलाक के इरादे से एक आदमी अपनी पत्नी से कहता है, 'तुम मेरी माँ के जैसी हो.' यह मुमकिन है कि पलटा सकने वाला तलाक के लिए समाधान किया जाए, लेकिन मूल तलाक अभी भी गिना जाएगा.
⏩एक गैर-प्रतिवर्ती तलाक तुरंत शादी समाप्त कर देता है। हालांकि, कम से कम तीन गैर-प्रतिवर्ती तलाक दिया गया हो तो जब तक दोनों तरफ से समजोता हो जाए, तो वे फिरसे निकाह कर सकते हैं लेकिन मूल तलाक की अभी भी गिनती होगी।

1⃣ 👌🏻Best Divorce (Ahsan)👌🏻
In the days when a woman is pure (not menstruating) and sexual relations have not been carried out with her, one divorce should be given. The waiting period (Iddat) now begins. The man has the right to reconcile (Ruj’u) during this time but if the Iddat lapses then it is not reversible. However, the husband and wife can still reconcile with a fresh Nikah after which only one or two divorces will remain (not three).

2⃣ 👍🏻Good Divorce (Hasan)👍🏻
In the days when a woman is pure (not menstruating) and sexual relations have not been carried out with her, one divorce should be given. After one menstrual cycle has passed a second divorce should be given followed by sexual abstinence. After a second menstrual cycle has passed and without carrying out sexual relations a third divorce should be given. After the third menstrual cycle the woman is now forbidden for him and they cannot now remarry without a Halalah.

3⃣ 👎🏻Reprehensible Divorce (Bad’i)👎🏻
There are three forms of reprehensible divorces:
⏯ 1. Giving a divorce three times in one gathering or sitting regardless of whether ‘I divorce you three times’ is said once or saying ‘I divorce you’ three times.
⏯ 2. Giving one divorce during a woman’s menstrual cycle. It is compulsory (Wajib) to reconcile (Ruj’u) after this divorce but the divorce will count as the first divorce.
⏯ 3. Giving divorce once in the days when sexual intercourse has taken place.
▶ It is a sin and the person who divorces in one of the reprehensible manners is a sinner regardless of the manner or circumstances that the divorce is given in. If one of two divorces are given with the word ‘divorce’ mentioned then this is reversible (Talaq Raj’i). If the divorce is insinuated or implied but the word ‘divorce’ is not used then this is non-reversible (Talaq Baayin). For example, with the intention of divorce a man says to his wife, ‘You are like my mother.’ It is possible to reconcile a reversible divorce but the original divorces will still be counted; if one or two divorces were given then after reconciliation only one more divorce will remain.
⏩ A non-reversible divorce immediately terminates the marriage. However, if less than three non-reversible divorces have been given then as long as both parties are in agreement, they can remarry but the original divorces will still count.

🔥इमाम हुसैन (रदी'अल्लाहो त'आला अन्हु) के हत्यारो पर अल्लाह की नाराज़गी - 01🔥

हज़रत अबु शैख़ रिवायत करते है की एक मजमे में लोग ये बातें कर रहे थे की जो भी इमाम हुसैन की हत्या करने में शामिल हुआ था वो सब अल्लाह के गुस्से का हक़दार हुए. एक ज़ईफ़ आदमी खड़ा हुआ और बोला, 'मैंने भी उनकी हत्या में साथ दिया था मगर देखो मुझे कुछ नहीं हुआ.' बस उसके थोड़ी देर बाद वो एक दिया जलने उठा जिसमे आग ने उसको पकड़ लिया और वो जल के राख हो गया. इस ही एक किस्सा इमाम साद ने भी बयान किया.

सब्त बिन जाऊज़ि, वक़दि की प्रमाण पर रिवायत करते है की एक बूढा आदमी जो इमाम हुसैन (रदी'अल्लाहो त'आला अन्हु) की हत्या में शामिल था वह अँधा हो गया था. जब लोगो ने पूछा की कैसे अँधा हुआ, तो उसने बताया, "मैंने रसूलल्लाह (सल्लल्लाहो अलैहे वसल्लम) को अपने सपने में देखा. उनके हाथ में खून से रंगी हुई तलवार थी और इमाम हुसैन के हत्यारे में से कुछ ज़मीन पर मुर्दा पड़े थे. जब आपने मुझे देखा, तो बद्दुआ दी और  खून से रंगी हुई एक लकड़ी में आँखों में मसल दी. उस दिन से मैं अँधा हू.

अल्लामा इब्ने हाजर मक्की लिखते है की यज़ीद के लश्कर का एक सिपाही जिसने इमाम हुसैन (रदी'अल्लाहो त'आला अन्हु) का सर ए मुबारक अपने घोड़े पे लटकाया था बहुत ही काला और बदसूरत हो गया. लोगो ने पूछा, 'तू तो बहुत ही गोरा और खूबसूरत था. तू कैसे इस हो गया?'उसने जवाब दिया, 'कर्बला के वाक़ये के बाद, रोज़ रात को दो लोग मेरे घर में दाखिल होते थे और मुझे एक ऐसी जगह ले जाते थे जहा आग जलती रहती थी. वो मुझे आग मए लटकाते थे और फिर बाहर निकालते थे. इसकी वजह से मैं इस दिखने लगा हू.' वक़्त गुजरने के बाद वह भी एक बुरी मौत से मरा.

🔥Killers of Imaam Hussain (Radi’Allaho Ta’Ala Anhu) in the Wrath of Allah - 01🔥

Hazrat Abu Shaikh narrates that in a gathering people were discussing how all those who were in any way involved in the killing of Imaam Hussain were caught up in the Wrath of Allah. An old man stood up and said, ‘I too helped in his killing but look nothing has happened to me.’ Just then he stood up to attend the lamp when he was caught up in flames and burned to his death. A similar incident is narrated by Imam Sa’ad.

Sabt bin Jauzi narrates on the authority of Waqdi that an old man who was involved in the killing of Imaam Hussain (Radi’Allaho Ta’Ala Anhu) became blind. When people enquired how he became blind, he replied, ‘I saw Rasool’Allah (Salallahu Alaihe Wasallam) in my dream. He had a blood stained sword in his hand and some killers of Imaam Hussain were lying dead on the ground. When he saw me, he cursed me and rubbed a blood-stained stick in my eye. From that day I have become blind.’

Allama Ibne Hajar Makki writes that one of the soldiers from the army of Yazeed who hanged the blessed head of Imaam Hussain (Radi’Allaho Ta’Ala Anhu) on his horse suddenly became very dark and ugly. People enquired, ‘You were very white and beautiful. How did you turn like this?’ He replied, ‘Ever since the incident of Karbala, two people enter my house every night and they take me to a place where a fire is lit. They hang me into the fire then pull me out. This has caused my appearance to change.’ Later he too died a degrading death.

ال ماعدا: 044 -
إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَا التَّوْرَاةَ فِيهَا هُدًى وَنُورٌ يَحْكُمُ بِهَا النَّبِيُّونَ الَّذِينَ أَسْلَمُواْ لِلَّذِينَ هَادُواْ وَالرَّبَّانِيُّونَ وَالأَحْبَارُ بِمَا اسْتُحْفِظُواْ مِن كِتَابِ اللّهِ وَكَانُواْ عَلَيْهِ شُهَدَاء فَلاَ تَخْشَوُاْ النَّاسَ وَاخْشَوْنِ وَلاَ تَشْتَرُواْ بِآيَاتِي ثَمَناً قَلِيلاً وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللّهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُون

अल-माइदा: 044 - निस्संदेह हमने तौरात उतारी, जिसमें मार्गदर्शन और प्रकाश था। नबी जो आज्ञाकारी थे, उसको यहूदियों के लिए अनिवार्य ठहराते थे कि वे उसका पालन करें और इसी प्रकार अल्लाहवाले और शास्त्रवेत्ता भी। क्योंकि उन्हें अल्लाह की किताब की सुरक्षा का आदेश दिया गया था और वे उसके संरक्षक थे। तो तुम लोगों से न डरो, बल्कि मुझ ही से डरो और मेरी आयतों के बदले थोड़ा मूल्य प्राप्त न करना। जो लोग उस विधान के अनुसार फ़ैसला न करें, जिसे अल्लाह ने उतारा है, तो ऐसे ही लोग विधर्मी है.

Al-Ma'idah: 044 - Indeed, We sent down the Torah, in which was guidance and light. The prophets who submitted [to Allah ] judged by it for the Jews, as did the rabbis and scholars by that with which they were entrusted of the Scripture of Allah, and they were witnesses thereto. So do not fear the people but fear Me, and do not exchange My verses for a small price. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed -  then it is those who are the disbelievers.

शादी (निकाह) एक शुद्ध रिश्ता है और इसकी बुनियाद जन्नत में रखी गई थी। लेकिन कभी कभी, बेजोड़ता जैसी बाधाओं इस रिश्ते को स्थायी रूप से जारी रखने के लिए मुश्किल बनाते हैं। इस वजह से, इस्लामी कानून के तरीकों में से एक ने इस रिश्ते को ख़त्म करने की इज़ाज़त दी है जिसे तलाक़ कहा जाता है। तलाक से पहले, सुलह के कौनसे तरीके का प्रयास किया जाना चाहिए? किन परिस्थितियों में तलाक के लिए दी जानी चाहिए? तलाक देने का तरीका क्या है? इस तरह के सवालों का जवाब जानने के लिए ज़रूरी है। इसलिए, हमें कुरान और सुन्नत के आधार पर तलाक के बारे में पता करना चाहिए और अगर (तलाक़ की) जरूरत पड़ी, तो उनमें दिखाए गए तरीकों पर ही काम करना चाहिए।

🔥उबैदुल्लाह बिन ज़ियाद की बुरी किस्मत🔥

उबैदुल्लाह बिन ज़ियाद एक महूस आदमी था जिसे यज़ीद ने नियुक्त किया था. इसके कहने पर इमाम मुस्लिम और उनके दो मासूम बेटे को शहीद किया गया. और यही था जिसने इमाम हुसैन (रदी'अल्लाहो त'आला अन्हु) से मुक़ाबला करने के लिए अपनी फ़ौज भेजी थी.

मुख़्तार ने इमाम हुसैन (रदी'अल्लाहो त'आला अन्हु) के हत्यारे से बदला लेने की कसम खा ली थी. इसलिए उसने उबैदुल्लाह से मुक़ाबला करने के लिए अपनी फ़ौज भेजी. उबैदुल्लाह भी जंग के लिए तैयार हो गया और जंग के मैदान में 30000 फौजी को लेकर आ गया. दोनों फ़ौज मोसुल के पास मिली. दिन के शुरुआत से लेकर ख़त्म होने तक दोनों फौजे लड़ती रही. मगर जैसे ही उबैदुल्लाह हारने वाला था, वो डरपोक ने भागने की कोशिश की. मगर उसे पकड़ा गया और मार दिया गया. विडम्बना से वह हिजरी 67 की 10वि मुहर्रम थी. उसके सर को जिस्म से अलग करके मुख़्तार के पास कूफ़ा भेज गया. जब मुख़्तार को ये बात की खबर हुई तो उसने राज्यपाल मकान को सजाया और सारे कूफावाले को बुलाया और उबैदुल्लाह का सर वही रख दिया जहा इमाम हुसैन (रदी'अल्लाहो त'आला अन्हु) का सर ए मुबारक रखा गया था.

मुख़्तार ने फिर लोगो को सम्भोदित किया और कहा, 'ए कूफ़ावालों! देखो कैसे आज बाजी पलट गयी है. ये वही तारीख, वही महीना और वही जगह है. इमाम हुसैन (रदी'अल्लाहो त'आला अन्हु) के गलत और निर्दयता से हत्या करने के 6 साल बाद, उसके हत्यारे के सर आज यहाँ बेइज़्ज़ती से रक्खा गया है.' उसने फिर लोगो से खुशिया मानाने को कहा.

तिर्मिज़ी शरीफ में ये मौजूद है, की जब मुख़्तार के दरबार में उबैदुल्लाह और उसके साथी के सर रक्खे गए थे, तो पता नहीं कहा से एक सांप आया और उनके सरो पर लपेट गया. जब वह उबैदुल्लाह के सर के पास पंहुचा, तो वो एक नाक से अंदर गया, थोड़ी देर रुक और फिर मुह से बहार आया. ये तीन मर्तबा हुआ और फिर वो सांप गायब हो गया.
